What is the difference between BrickSquare and a traditional real estate agency?

We offer services similar to those of a traditional real estate agency, such as valuations and advice to help you sell and rent your property, but digitally and for a fixed fee.

Our mission is to offer an alternative that the real estate market sorely needs: a quality service, adapted to sellers, at a fair and digitalized price.

How much does BrickSquare charge?

For the sale, we have two packages: the standard package is €3,500, and the premium package is €2,400. With the premium package, we'll take care of the visits for you, while with the standard package you'll have to do them yourself.

Are there any other charges?

Everything is included in the price, so there are no surprises.
Only tours are optional, and they include professional photography.

Does Bricksquare take care of visits?

Because you know your property better than anyone else, the simplest and most effective solution is to carry out the visits yourself or to entrust them to someone close to you. However, if you are not available, BrickSquare can take care of carrying out the visits (in certain regions only) at a very competitive rate.

Do I have to pay agency fees if I don't sell my property with Bricksquare?

No, we only get paid if the sale is successful and you find a buyer through us. However, services such as PEB (energy certificate) must be paid for.
