Our history
When BrickSquare founders François Devillez and Rodolphe De Blieck set up the company in 2023, they were struck by the fact that many Belgians considered the sale or purchase of a property a disappointing experience.
They saw a market that lacked transparency and quality, where chance often determined the sale of a property, to the detriment of the customer experience. Many customers are disappointed by high real estate commissions that are no longer justified today. Sellers are also frustrated by not being able to participate in viewings, and not having control over their sale.
They decided to change this by rethinking the traditional estate agency model. Their vision was to offer quality, digital support at an affordable price. This conviction still drives everything they do today: to provide a real estate service of excellence. Introducing BrickSquare.

Our team
Rodolphe De Blieck
Co-Founder
Rodolphe began his career in commercial real estate, working as an analyst for Winick Realty and Naftali Group in New York, and in CBRE's Capital Markets team in Luxembourg. He then joined the Cohabs Group as Country Head for Luxembourg.
He is the co-founder of BrickSquare and is responsible for activities in Belgium and Luxembourg. Rodolphe is a graduate of Université Libre de Bruxelles, Duke University and Columbia University.
Harry Chkolar
Partner
Harry has over 20 years' experience in the real estate sector. After starting his career in construction in Germany and Switzerland, he joined Cushman & Wakefield as Investment Analyst and Valuation Surveyor. He then moved on to the big names in real estate development, spending nearly 8 years with Immobel and 4 years with Atenor as Project Director. In 2020, he became head of the Capital Markets & Development Advisory department at CBRE in Luxembourg.
He is a Partner at BrickSquare in Luxembourg. Harry holds a degree in Civil Construction Engineering from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (École Polytechnique), where he specialized in civil engineering and urban planning.
