How much does BrickSquare charge?

For the sale, we have two packages: the Silver package is €3,500 (incl. VAT), and the Gold package is €5,900 (incl. VAT). With the Gold package, we'll take care of the visits for you, while with the Silver package you'll have to do them yourself.

Why do you have two tariffs?

Because no one knows your property better than you do, we give you the opportunity to present it to your potential buyers at a reduced price (€3,500).

However, don't worry, if you're not available to carry out visits, we have local experts to do so. That's why we offer two rates with optional visits (€5,900).

Do you travel to appraise the property?

Yes, BrickSquare's agents always visit you the first time to view and value your property.
We want to be sure that we're estimating the right price for your property, based on its actual condition and not on photos.

Does Bricksquare take care of visits?



However, if you are not available, BrickSquare can take care of carrying out the visits (in certain regions only) at a very competitive rate. If BrickSquare carries out the visits, the rate will be €5,900.

We guarantee an efficient visit by confirming the visitor's presence before each appointment with SMS and telephone confirmations.

If the visitor cancels at the last minute, we schedule a new visit and keep you informed by SMS, email and through your BrickSquare portal.

Who handles the sales file?

The owner is responsible for providing the documents required for the sale, but BrickSquare is here to help.

In the "Articles" section of your Personal Space, you'll find a list of all the necessary documents.

You can then download all the documents onto your Personal Space.
If you have any doubts or questions, our teams are available to help you. If you don't know what diagnostics to carry out or what documents to obtain from your property manager, we can guide you.

How do I pay for a sale?

We are paid on success: you only pay the sales fee once a buyer has been found thanks to BrickSquare.

We are paid on a "deed of sale" basis. We arrange this directly with the notary.

Where do you work?

We work throughout Belgium and Luxembourg. Our premium packages (including tours) are currently only available in Brussels, Brabant-Wallon, Flemish Brabant and Luxembourg City.

Do I have to pay agency fees if I don't sell my property with Bricksquare?

No, we only get paid if the sale is successful and you find the buyer thanks to us. However, services such as PEB and professional photography must be honored.

Who will draw up my sales agreement?

It is always the notary who draws up the compromis de vente.
However, BrickSquare agents will be happy to go through it with you.

What is the difference between BrickSquare and a traditional real estate agency?

We offer services similar to those of a traditional real estate agency, such as valuations and advice to help you sell and rent your property, but digitally and for a fixed fee.

You can take your own photos, or you can take advantage of the free BrickSquare photographer! How does it work? A professional photographer comes to your home to take quality photos, and sends you the 12 best ones to showcase your property. He can also make a video of your property to make it stand out even more.
