For the sale, we have two packages: the Silver package is €3,500, and the Gold package is €5,900. With the Gold package, we'll take care of the visits for you, while with the Silver package you'll have to do them yourself.
Everything is included in the price, so there are no surprises.
Only tours are optional, and they include professional photography.
Because you know your property better than anyone else, the simplest and most effective solution is to carry out the visits yourself or to entrust them to someone close to you. However, if you are not available, BrickSquare can take care of carrying out the visits (in certain regions only) at a very competitive rate.
No, we only get paid if the sale is successful and you find a buyer through us. However, services such as PEB (energy certificate) must be paid for.
